Do you offer plus sizes in your clothing?
Absolutely! Our Curve collection features body-conscious styles designed to flatter all shapes. Check individual product descriptions for specific sizing.
How do I choose the right shoe size?
Our shoes generally fit true to size, but we recommend checking each product’s size guide as some statement styles may require sizing up for comfort. When in doubt between sizes, we suggest sizing up – especially for our higher heels.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?
We ship our bold styles worldwide, with the exception of certain Asian countries and some remote locations. If you’re unsure about your location, contact us at [email protected] before ordering.
What are my delivery options?

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Why is my package taking longer than estimated?
While we dispatch quickly, international customs processing can sometimes cause delays. You can track your package using the tracking number provided at dispatch. If it’s been significantly longer than estimated, contact us at [email protected].
Will I have to pay customs fees?
For international orders outside the US, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These vary by country and we unfortunately cannot predict or control these charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn with original packaging and tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the transaction.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we only process returns for refunds. For a different size or style, please place a new order once your return is processed.
