OUR RETURN POLICY
You have 15 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition (tags still attached, no scuffs or marks)
- In original packaging (dust bags for heels, boxes for accessories)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
FINAL SALE ITEMS (NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES)
Some of our most exclusive pieces are as permanent as your love for heels:
- Bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
- DIAMANTE HEELS (custom orders)
- Gift items (unless defective)
- Items marked “Final Sale”
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Items you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange (include size/color for exchanges)

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 24 hours (faster than our heeled mules sell out) with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (1454 Lunetta Street, Elbert, US 76038)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and:
- Include the return form we provide
- Use a trackable shipping method (we’re not responsible for lost returns)
- Ship within 5 days of approval
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs deductions.
EXCHANGES
For size/color exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchange shipping is free (because we love seeing you in the right size)
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For our global fashion rebels (excluding Asia and select remote areas):
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Include all original paperwork
- We don’t cover return shipping or original customs duties
